CONSENT: BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY AND ALL OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT INCORPORATED BY TRADE LINK INVESTMENT.
You acknowledge that this Customer Agreement are supported by reasonable and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that such consideration includes your use of the Site and receipt of data, materials and information available at or through the Site, the possibility of our use or display of your Submissions (as defined in the Terms and Conditions located on the site) and the possibility of the publicity and promotion from our use or display of your Submissions.

1. Customer Portal Requirements By becoming a TRADE LINK INVESTMENT Customer, and joining the Customer Portal, you agree to the following:
a. You commit to the TRADE LINK INVESTMENT terms and conditions (as defined in the Terms and Conditions located on the site);
b. You must reside in a country that TRADE LINK INVESTMENT has officially announced is open for business;
c. TRADE LINK INVESTMENT reserves the right to deny any Customer account at its sole discretion, as well as to terminate a Customer account if the Customer is in violation with the terms of this agreement.

2. TRADE LINK INVESTMENT Customer. By enrolling as a TRADE LINK INVESTMENT Customer, you are signing up for the Customer TRADE LINK INVESTMENT. Signing up as a Customer is for free. A Customer will receive access to all products and services offered by TRADE LINK INVESTMENT at a discounted price. After your Enrollment of your account and your Customer Agreement have been accepted by TRADE LINK INVESTMENT, you will receive the login details to access Customer Portal, as long as you are a Customer:

• Exclusive access to all the products and services available.
• Customer DISCOUNT on all TRADE LINK INVESTMENT products
• Option to upgrade to become a TRADE LINK INVESTMENT Member NOTE: All products and services may not be available in your country of residence.

3. Cancellation of Customer Account As a Customer, you have the option of cancelling your Customer account at any time.
a. You can cancel without paying a Cancellation Fee.
b. You can upgrade to a TRADE LINK INVESTMENT Member at any time in your Customer account page, by contacting the person who enrolled you, or contact TRADE LINK INVESTMENT Customer Service through your back office.
